Rūta Skaraitė

Rūta Skaraitė has a diverse range of work experiences in various industries. Rūta started their career as an intern at Marche Polytechnic University in 2013. Rūta then worked as an engineering systems designer and projects manager at TMprojektai from 2015 to 2016, where they managed projects and designed water/wastewater engineering systems. Rūta later joined SEB as an authorisation and tech support, handling tech issues and providing access rights for bank employees from 2017 to 2017. In 2017, they also worked as a self-employed graphic designer, applying their knowledge gained from web design courses. Rūta gained further experience as a visual designer intern at Ad Fingers in 2018 and then joined Tesonet as a Junior UX UI Designer, where they analyzed data, created wireframes and prototypes, and assisted with visual material for marketing. Rūta also briefly worked as a Customer Success Manager at Tesonet, developing strategies for customer retention and generating leads. Rūta later moved to Oxylabs.io in 2019 and held multiple roles, including UX Designer and Web Product Manager. Rūta worked closely with various teams, performed usability tests, and played a key role in developing SAAS products using agile methodology and scrum framework. Currently, Rūta is employed as a Product Manager at Smartproxy, where they are responsible for the development cycle and manages the backlog and sprint priorities.

Rūta Skaraitė began their education journey in 2011 when they enrolled at VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering Technology. Rūta successfully completed their studies in this field in 2015.

In 2013, Rūta Skaraitė took a semester abroad at Technological Educational Institute of Crete, where they continued their Bachelor's studies in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology. Rūta completed this program in 2014.

After completing their Bachelor's Degree, Rūta Skaraitė decided to further expand their knowledge and skills. In 2016, they began pursuing a Master's Degree in Biophysics at Vilniaus universitetas (Vilnius University), and completed the first semester before discontinuing the program in 2017.

In 2017, Rūta Skaraitė explored their interest in web design by attending CodeAcademy. Although no degree was obtained, this experience allowed their to acquire skills in this field.

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, in 2019, Rūta Skaraitė attended Produkto akademija - TheFrontiers, where they explored User Experience Design. However, no degree was obtained from this program.
