Terry Gallagher

Terry Gallagher has been employed in the IT industry since 1986. Terry began their career as a Systems Analyst for the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska, where they installed and modified Computer Associates CAS ERP application software. In 1989, they started their own software consulting business, Gallagher Consulting, Inc., providing software development services to local government organizations and large corporate clients. In 1995, they joined Sun Microsystems as an IT Delivery Manager, responsible for assuring Service Level Agreements were met for all production applications. In 2006, they joined Armanino LLP as a Senior Consultant, providing various services to several small, medium and large businesses. In 2009, they worked as an Independent Consultant to Ascentis Corp., providing project management and technical services for the implementation of Intacct. In 2013, they joined Rambus as an IT Program Manager, partnering with CxOs, business stakeholders, technical and business SMEs, and vendors to successfully drive multiple, cross-functional programs and projects. In 2016, they joined Sensiba San Filippo LLP as a Senior Technical Consultant. Finally, in 2018, they became the Head of Customer Solutions at smartQED, a SaaS provider of products that resolve complex IT incidents faster and with fewer people. As the voice of the customer, they engage and consults with all levels of the user community, soliciting feedback to gain valuable insights to ensure the product features maximize business value.

Terry Gallagher holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Terry also attended Bartlett High School. Additionally, they have obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2020, a Blackline Certified Implementation Professional certification, a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA, a Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification from ISACA, and an ITIL certification.
