Kamil Ochmański

Kamil Ochmański has a diverse range of work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Kamil started their career as an Accounting Clerk at BrandBQ Sp. z o.o. in June 2018, where they gained hands-on experience in various accounting tasks. In June 2019, they joined SmartRecruiters as a Junior Management Accountant, where they contributed to the company's financial operations and management reporting. Kamil then progressed to the role of Management Accountant, taking on responsibilities such as overseeing order-to-cash processes, preparing cash-in forecasts, and supporting audit activities. As an Accounts Receivable Team Lead, starting in July 2022, Kamil is now responsible for leading a team, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and driving improvements within the department. Throughout their work experience, they have also contributed to the development and improvement of financial policies, procedures, and reporting systems.

Kamil Ochmański earned a Magister degree in Rachunkowość i Controlling from the Krakow University of Economics between 2018 and 2022.
