James Watson

James Watson is an accomplished leader in customer support and operations management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Support at Smartsheet since January 2022, James focuses on enhancing the customer experience through strategic transformation and process improvements for a global team of approximately 300 members. Prior roles include Global Head of Support at Smartsheet, PMO Senior Director at McKesson, and Vice President at Lobsters LLC, where James led innovative projects in aquaculture. James has a strong background in supply chain and operations finance from positions at APR Energy and Walmart, where significant contributions included global ERP transformations and the implementation of project management standards. James holds an MBA in Strategy and Supply Chain from the University of Michigan and a BS in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University.
