Jared Pearson

Jared Pearson is a Principal Software Engineer at Smartsheet since March 2022, specializing in customer engagement through the development of a generative AI tool named "Get Help." Previously, from January 2012 to March 2022, Jared served in various engineering roles at Salesforce, culminating in significant contributions to the Pardot platform by optimizing APIs for large-scale data handling. Earlier experience includes roles as Lead Software Engineer in the Lightning Platform, Senior Software Engineer for the Chatter platform, and Software Engineer focused on Agile project management software. Before Salesforce, Jared worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Summit Holdings, designing Java-based solutions, and as a Web Data Specialist for Hillsborough County. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technologies from the University of South Florida.
