Megan Weidmaier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success for Global New Business Strategy at Smartsheet since September 2016, Megan has developed tools and best practices to ensure customer value realization and acts as a subject matter expert. Prior to Smartsheet, Megan held the position of Sr. Account Executive at Concur Technologies, and has a solid banking background with roles at Wells Fargo Bank, First Tennessee Bank, Washington Mutual Bank, and Bank of America, where notable achievements include being awarded Banking Center Manager of the Year in 2006. Megan began their career in marketing at Sahalee Country Club and brings a double degree in Business Administration and Speech Communication from the UW Foster School of Business.
