Kim Øgaard Pedersen has held various roles throughout their work experience. Kim started their career at Xerox A/S in 1991 as a Market Economist International Marketing. Kim then became a Sales Manager at Xerox Partner København A/S in 1993 and later became a Director at Connoissseur/director at Xerox Partner Sønderjylland ApS in 1996. From 2002 to 2011, they served as the Sales Director at WMD Scandinavia, where they transformed the Danish subsidiary into an industry leader. Kim joined CA Technologies in 2012 as an Account Manager, focusing on enterprise solution selling to named Danish accounts. In 2014, they became a Partner at KPS AG, where they played a key role in business transformation and process optimization in the trade industry. Kim then served as the Director Sales at Nagarro ES Denmark A/S from 2018 to 2020 and later as the Sales Director from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they joined IBM Consulting as an SAP Sales Leader / Associate Partner. Currently, in 2022, they hold the position of Senior Account Executive at smartShift.
Kim Øgaard Pedersen attended Copenhagen Business School from 1986 to 1987, where they obtained a Diploma in Commercial Basic Business. Kim then pursued further education at Copenhagen Business School from 1987 to 1989 and earned a Diploma in Commercial Upper-Secondary Business. In 1990, they completed a finance trainee program at Rank Xerox A/S. From 1991 to 1993, Kim Øgaard Pedersen attended Lyngby Business College and graduated with a degree in Market Economist International Marketing.
