Poornima L started working as a Software Engineer at smartShift in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech from May 2019 to December 2020, where they held the role of SAP Advanced Business Application Programming Consultant.

Poornima L began their education at Jss public school from 2011 to 2012, where they completed their high school education. From 2013 to 2014, they attended Sahyadri Pre-University college in Kolar, where they pursued pre-university education in the field of Science-PCMB. Finally, from 2014 to 2018, Poornima L enrolled in MVJ College of Engineering in Bangalore, India, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree in computer science and engineering.
