Nico Gayle

Nico Gayle has a diverse work experience in finance and investment roles. They are currently the VP of Finance and Corporate Development at SmartSights since February 2022. Prior to this, Nico worked at The CapStreet Group as a Vice President from August 2021 to February 2022, and as a Senior Associate from July 2019 to August 2021. They also gained experience as a Venture Fellow at Blue Sage Capital in 2018. Additionally, Nico has worked as an MBA Summer Intern at The CapStreet Group in 2018. In the early stages of their career, Nico served as an Investment Analyst at McNair Interests from September 2014 to June 2017, focusing on private equity and venture capital investments. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst at GulfStar Group, specializing in middle-market M&A transactions.

Nico Gayle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 2012. Later, from 2017 to 2019, Nico pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at both Texas McCombs School of Business and The University of Texas at Austin.
