Sean Wilkinson

Sean Wilkinson is a Senior Backend Software Developer at Atlassian since August 2021 and serves as a Co-Founder of SmartTerm, which aims to enhance educational technology in the Caribbean. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Development Engineer II at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and a Software Engineer at Wunderkind, where contributions involved backend development and the creation of a Proactive Messaging Platform for e-commerce. Sean's background also includes experience as a Software Engineer at INFOTECH Soft, Inc., where Artificial Intelligence and Semantic Web technologies were applied in healthcare applications, and as a Repairs Manager and Support Technician at the University of Miami Information Technology. Sean began a career in technology with a Web Application Development internship at BGT Partners and an engineering position at WVUM 90.5 FM. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Miami.
