Michelle Thompson

Michelle Thompson's work experience starts in 1988 with their role as a Patient Access Representative at Dermatology Consultants, P.A. Michelle then worked at Mount Royal Family Physicians as a Patient Access & Billing Rep from 1987 to 1989. From 1991 to 2008, Michelle held various roles at Optometric Eye Care Centers, PA, including Patient Access and Billing Office Manager and Director of Operations. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Fairview Health Services as the Director of Registration-Fairview Hospitals. Starting in 2018, Michelle joined Electromed, Inc., where they served as Senior Manager of Reimbursement, Director of Patient and Provider Services, and currently holds the role of Director Reimbursement Training and Compliance. Michelle'sresponsibilities have included oversight of teams, development of training programs, adherence to compliance standards, and collaboration with leadership to achieve department and company goals.

Michelle Thompson earned a BSBA in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they studied Business Administration at the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1987 to 1991.
