Martin Meloun

Martin Meloun is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a Captain for Smartwings since January 2018, specializing in Boeing 737-700/800/900/MAX aircraft. Prior roles include Senior First Officer with a strong ACMI background at various airlines, including Sunwing Airlines and Flydubai, complemented by operations across multiple regions such as Europe and the Middle East, as well as military and test flight experience. Beyond flight operations, Martin is the Chairman and Founder of Aerolife, a non-profit organization aimed at promoting aviation. Previous positions at ABS Jets involved marketing and business development, focusing on international communications and event management.
