Jim Sherer

Jim Sherer comes to SmartWitness with almost 30 years of experience working with customers and operations, building high-performance teams and managing a variety of different technologies. He was formerly with Ashley Furniture, a retail furniture company, where he led a number of efforts to improve customer experience, introduce automation services, streamline operations and lead change transformation. A 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force (retired), Jim holds Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science from Auburn University, Portland State University and Universal Technical Institute, along with a variety of specialty certifications in management, technology and administration.
