Bledar Stafa, ACCA

Bledar Stafa, ACCA has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Bledar is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Smartwork since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at PwC Albania and Kosovo, starting as an Assurance Associate in June 2013 and gradually progressing to the role of Assurance Manager in October 2018. In between, they held the position of Senior Associate from October 2016 to September 2018. Additionally, Bledar also worked as a Tax Accountant at D-Stafa Consulting from February 2013 to June 2013.

Bledar Stafa earned their first degree, a Laurea di primo livello in Economia delle Imprese e dei Mercati, from Università degli Studi di Roma Tre between 2006 and 2010. Bledar'sfield of study during this time was Amministrazione, Controllo e Finanza delle Imprese. Following this, they pursued a Laurea Magistrale in Economia Aziendale from the same university, specializing in Audit e Valutazioni Aziendali from 2010 to 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Bledar Stafa obtained a Fiscal Expert certification from Instituti Eksperteve Fiskal in January 2013. Bledar then acquired an Insurance Broker certification from Albanian Financial Supervisory Authority in November 2017. Most recently, in January 2023, they obtained an ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification from ACCA.
