John Brubaker has extensive experience in the corporate world, having held positions in various industries since 1997. John began their career at Lehman Brothers as a Financial Analyst in the Technology Corporate Finance department. In 1999, they moved to QuantumShift, Inc. where they held multiple roles in sales, product marketing, corporate development, and operational positions. In 2003, they were the third employee of R4 Global Solutions and was responsible for early sales and securing the company's first customer. From 2005 to 2011, they were the Global Head of Business Development and Director of Global Business Development at Arysta LifeScience Corporation. In 2011, they became the CEO of Plant Impact and led a world-class team to build the company into an R&D leader in the discovery and commercialization of small molecule chemistry to improve agricultural yields. In 2018, they joined Anterra Capital as a Venture Partner and Croda as an Advisor. Currently, they are the CEO of Smartwyre.
