Rich Fleck has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Rich began their career in 1996 as a Consultant at Accenture, working on projects in the internet and mobile communications sectors. In 1998, they became Marketing Manager at Gear.com, leading the company's site optimization initiatives. In 2001, they transitioned to Saferent.com as Product Manager, where they successfully launched the company's proprietary renter-scoring product as an online subscription model. In 2003, they moved to DoubleClick as Director of Strategic Services, helping leading marketers optimize their email and website strategies. In 2006, they joined Epsilon as Vice President of Interactive Strategic Services, where they built and led a team of digital strategists and grew revenue by 100%. In 2008, they became General Manager and Vice President of Digital Strategy and eCRM at Merkle Inc., leading a full-service team of strategists. In 2012, they joined Oracle as Vice President of Strategic Services for Oracle Marketing Cloud, building a fast-growing digital strategy team. In 2016, they became SVP, Global Head of Customer Success at BloomReach, partnering with customers to drive marketing results with BloomReach digital experience technology. Finally, in 2020, they joined Smartwyre as SVP Customer Success and Professional Services, leading the company's Customer Success, Professional Services, and Integration teams.
Rich Fleck received a Bachelor of Science in Finance, General from the University of Wyoming in 1990. Rich then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in 1996.
