Nikita Plastomak has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. They started their career at Smart Group as an Analyst and Trader at NYSE in March 2015. To further their career, Nikita joined Mindy Support as a Sales Marketing Assistant in June 2014 and later became a Team Lead in September 2016.
In 2017, Nikita co-founded Lead4Deal, a lead generation company based in Kyiv. They were responsible for managing the business and ensuring the delivery of quality data to clients. After leaving Lead4Deal in July 2018, Nikita joined SmartyAds as a Business Development Manager in July 2019. In this role, they focused on growing the SmartyAds platform and establishing new business relationships with programmatic media buying brands and agencies worldwide. They subsequently advanced to the position of Senior Business Development Manager in July 2021.
Throughout their career, Nikita has demonstrated their abilities in business development, team leadership, and data analysis. They have successfully developed partnerships, managed teams, and contributed to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.
Nikita Plastomak pursued their education at Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE). From 2012 to 2016, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Trading Business and Logistics. Later, they continued their studies at KNUTE and obtained a Master's degree in the same field from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, Nikita Plastomak also obtained certification from The Trade Desk Edge Academy. In July 2022, they became certified through the Executive Program offered by The Trade Desk.
