Matthew Jordan

Matthew Jordan has a diverse work experience in the field of product development and research. Matthew is currently working at SmartyPants Vitamins as an Associate Product Development Scientist ll starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Product Development Scientist 1 at SmartyPants Vitamins from January 2022 to February 2023. Before joining SmartyPants Vitamins, Matthew worked at Amway as a Research & Development Technician II from October 2020 to January 2022. Matthew also gained experience as an R&D Assistant at Gourmet Foods Inc from July 2019 to October 2020. Matthew's earlier roles include being an Undergraduate Research Assistant at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from April 2018 to May 2019, and a Research and Development Intern at Moonglade Brews from June 2018 to September 2018.

Matthew Jordan earned their Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Math and Sciences from MiraCosta College from 2013 to 2016. In terms of additional certifications, Matthew obtained a certification in Advanced Gummies and Jellies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in October 2022. Matthew also received a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Certification from the International HACCP Alliance in May 2019.
