Natalie Vasylenko

Natalie Vasylenko is a seasoned Project Manager and educator with a robust background in design and project management. Currently at SMASH at ILMxLAB since June 2021, Vasylenko leads interns in enhancing user accessibility for immersive VR experiences through design thinking methodologies. Previous experience includes managing projects at SMASH @ DoorDash, where Vasylenko focused on improving user experiences for young adults and supporting local businesses. As a Design Instructor at the Academy of Thought and Industry, Vasylenko developed courses on design principles, and has also worked as a Co-Founder at Hot Restart, providing comprehensive services to start-up restaurants and hotels. Vasylenko's extensive career spans various design roles, including founding Slake Design Group and serving as an Interior Designer at BayBuilt Construction. Vasylenko holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from San Francisco State University.
