Kristina Roth

Kristina Roth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles. Currently serving as Chief Disruption Officer at SMASHD since January 2023, Kristina also leads Durian Consultants as CEO since October 2016, focusing on IT strategy, ERP implementation, and digital enablement. Previously, Kristina held the CEO position at SuperKristina from October 2016 to July 2022, where innovative networking retreats were established. As CEO of Matisia Consultants from December 2006 to October 2016, Kristina emphasized aligning company goals with client objectives. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior SAP Consultant at IBM Business Consulting Services, where a significant $100MM transformation was led, and Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, overseeing CRM system support. Kristina's career began in product management at SAP, crafting strategic plans and enhancing product profitability. Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Economics from the University of Stuttgart, which was completed from 1991 to 1997.
