Ilya Solomkin

Ilya Solomkin currently serves as the Chief Hardware Engineer at SmaSS since September 2017. Prior to this role, Ilya worked as a Circuit Design Engineer at ООО "Промобит" from November 2015 to 2017, contributing to the development of storage systems and servers utilizing Russian Elbrus and Intel Xeon processors. Ilya's work included the design and implementation of software and hardware systems for RAID configurations using SAS, SATA, and NVMe protocols, as well as the development of storage system controller switches based on PCIe 3 technology.
