Holly Hope

Holly Hope has extensive experience in various roles within management, education, and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Competition Management at SM&A since March 1998, Holly leads client teams in developing successful proposals primarily for the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and aerospace industries. Prior to this role, Holly worked as a Staff Executive at George S. May International, providing consultancy to small businesses on management expansion and financial controls. Holly's background also includes teaching as a Secondary Science Teacher at Pomona Catholic High School, where instruction focused on Physics and Chemistry, as well as serving as a Staff Specialist at Aerojet, where contributions included shaped charge modeling and being the Principal Investigator on significant defense contracts. Holly holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Drucker School of Management and a B.S. in Microbiology from Michigan State University.
