Karen Lynch

Karen Lynch is currently the Senior Vice President of Property Facilities and Business Support at SMBC Aviation Capital, where Karen previously held the title of Vice President in Business Support and Facilities Management. Prior to their current role, Karen was the Office Facilities Manager at Jazz Pharmaceuticals and Business Operations Lead at McNulty Performance. With a background in facilities management and office support roles at companies such as Kellogg European HQ and Temple Software, Karen has gained extensive experience in the field. Karen began their career as an Office Junior Secretary at Yates Brothers Limited after completing their education at Castlebrook High School.
