Scott Hernandez

Scott Hernandez is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in construction and contract law. Currently serving as General Counsel at SMC Construction - Contracting since February 2018, Scott has previously held attorney positions at Robison, Belaustegui, Sharp & Low, Varela, Lee, Metz & Guarino LLP, Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, and Miller Starr Regalia. Scott began legal training as an extern with the Marin County Public Defender in 2009. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, obtained in 2009, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama from New York University, completed in 2001.
