Alex Mercado

Alex Mercado has a diverse career in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at SMC since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Lumen Technologies as a Customer Solutions Engineer for National Implementation and as an OSP Fiber Planning Engineer, as well as a similar position at CenturyLink.
