Patricia Connolly is the Founding Partner and CEO at SMC Squared. Prior to this, they were with Cashel Rock Associates and Polaris Industries. Patricia has also been a Fellow & Risk Leadership Initiative Advisory Board Chairperson at University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Patricia has over 25 years of experience in the industry and has held various positions such as Sr. Manager - Strategy and Vendor Governance, Sr. Technology Manager - Supply Chain, IT Manager, SAP Business Technology, IT Delivery Manager, and IT Project Delivery Manager.

Patricia Connolly has a doctorate from the University of St. Thomas with a focus in leadership, risk, strategy, and global business. Patricia also has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in global business. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Minnesota in management information systems, computer science, and business.
