Christopher Briggs

Christopher Briggs, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Aviation Practice Leader and Senior Project Manager at S&ME since January 2024. Prior to this role, Christopher held various positions at Terracon from January 2010 to January 2024, including Geotechnical Department Manager, Geotechnical Project Engineer, and Geotechnical Staff Professional, where expertise was demonstrated in project management, field exploration, engineering design, and report preparation for diverse geotechnical projects. Previous experience includes positions at WPC, Inc. as a Staff Professional, GSE Engineering, Inc. as a Geotechnical Professional, and URS Corporation as a Civil Engineering Intern. Christopher obtained a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, as well as initial studies at Syracuse University.
