Robert McGregor

Robert McGregor has over 40 years of experience in the steel construction industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales for SME Steel Contractors in Northern California since July 2021, Robert has developed strong relationships with general contractors in the region. Prior to this role, Robert was a Regional Sales Executive at Schuff Steel from November 2009 to July 2021. Robert's career began as a Detailer at ACE & STEWART DETAILING, INC from 1980 to 1985, followed by experience as a Detailer at Dovell Engineering until 1987. Robert transitioned to an Office Manager position at American Drafting, overseeing a team of detailers, and later served as Vice President of Sales and Estimating at Strocal, Inc., where responsibilities included management of sales and estimating processes.
