Kaleah then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing and General Management at Bishop's University from 2009 to 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, they went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Supply Chain Management at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2013 to 2015. In January 2016, they obtained certifications in Google AdWords Fundamentals and Google AdWords Search Advertising from Google Partners.
