Florina Iancu

Florina Iancu began their work experience in 2014 with a summer internship at Tenaris Silcotub SA Romania. In 2015, they joined UMT Software as a Software Quality Assurance Intern and later became a Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2017, Florina joined SMEDIX Inc as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.

Florina Iancu has a strong educational background in the field of telecommunications and information technology. Florina obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, where they attended from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Information Technology from the same institution, completing their studies from 2012 to 2016.

Before pursuing higher education, Florina attended the National College Petru Rares in Suceava, where they completed their high school education from 2008 to 2012. Their field of study at high school was focused on Mathematics, Computer Science, and Intensive English.

In addition to their formal education, Florina has also acquired various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Florina obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in April 2019. Florina also holds the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL), which they obtained in 2012. Furthermore, they achieved the Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE) certification in 2011. Recently, Florina obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner and Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2020, demonstrating their expertise in the field of Agile methodologies.
