Jef Smet

Jef Smet currently serves as the BU Manager for Smet-Pile at Smet Group since September 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at Bain & Company from October 2018 to September 2022, where roles progressed from Associate Consultant Intern to Senior Associate Consultant. Jef Smet has been involved with BRIKS since February 2016, initially as an Investor and later elected as Vice President from May 2017 to May 2018, currently participating as an Alumnus since September 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from both KU Leuven and EPFL. Additionally, Jef Smet gained early hands-on experience through internships in various construction-related roles.
