Alina Bonea Maxi has extensive work experience in customer support and management roles. Alina began their career in 2005 at Teleperformance, where they held various positions such as Project Manager, Team Lead, and Call Center Supervisor. During this time, they presented product portfolios, coordinated inbound and outbound projects, monitored team performance, and led recruitment processes.
In 2007, Alina joined Linea Directa Communications as a Call Center Supervisor and later became a CRM Administrator. Their responsibilities included supervising the call center operations and managing customer relationship management systems.
From 2009 to 2017, Alina worked at Studio Moderna, starting as a Key Account Manager and later transitioning to roles such as Head of IT Business Solutions, Head of IT Customer Service, and Coach & Mentor. In these positions, they provided regional support on business applications, developed training materials, and advised users on proper working procedures with IT applications.
In 2017, Alina joined Crossover for Work and held multiple roles, including Customer Support Manager & Acting VP Knowledge Team, Product Support Manager, and Customer Support Manager for Level 1 Agents. Their responsibilities included talent management, setting up KPIs, monitoring support tickets, running reports, and suggesting improvements for software products.
Alina also worked as a Customer Experience Executive Consultant at EKWB from 2021 to 2022, where they provided consulting services to enhance customer experience.
Currently, Alina is the Director of Product Support at SMG - Service Management Group, a position they have held since 2022.
Throughout their career, Alina has demonstrated strong leadership, talent management, and problem-solving skills, contributing to the success of the companies they have worked for.
Alina Bonea Maxi received their Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Universitatea Media din Bucuresti, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In March 2012, they became a Studio Moderna certified Direct Marketing Professional. In January 2012, they obtained a DMA certified Marketing Professional certification. Further, in May 2015, they earned an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Their most recent certification is in October 2015 when they completed the course, "Public Speaking: Strategies for Presentations, Convincing Arguments, and Great Talks and Lectures" at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts/Filozofska fakulteta Univerze v Ljubljani.
