Hailey Solomon

Hailey Solomon began their work experience in 2013 as a University Relations | Talent Acquisition specialist at Xceligent. Hailey then transitioned to a role as an Operations Manager at Select Staff in 2015. In 2016, Solomon became an Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition Manager at Xceligent. In 2017, they joined Stonecrest Senior Living as an Employee Relations Coordinator and later became the Human Resources, Engagement Cultivation Director. In 2019, Solomon moved to Tutera Senior Living and Health Care, where they served as the Regional Human Resources Director. Their responsibilities included acting as a liaison between community management/HR and corporate, analyzing labor reports, overseeing Human Resource Coordinators, leading employee engagement and retention initiatives, and analyzing recruitment strategies and processes. Currently, they are working at SMG - Service Management Group as a Human Resources Generalist and has previously held the positions of HR Business Partner and HR Manager.

Hailey Solomon received their high school education from Lee's Summit North High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in the years 2006 to 2010. Afterward, they pursued their higher education at the University of Arkansas from 2010 to 2014. Here, they focused on Communication as their main field of study and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, with a minor in Anthropology.
