Christy Spilka, CSSGB has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and leadership roles. Christy is currently the Vice President, Head of Talent Acquisition at Smile Brands Inc. Christy previously held positions at iCIMS, Acoustic, nThrive, Precyse, Polaris Search Network, All Medical Personnel, and Gateway Technical Services. Throughout their career, Christy has led successful transformations, implemented new strategies and technologies, and improved team engagement, candidate experience, and key performance indicators. Their accomplishments include increasing recruiter productivity, growing candidate pipelines, reducing time to fill, and enhancing the overall talent acquisition process. Christy Spilka, CSSGB, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Florida Atlantic University. In 2014, they obtained a Certificate of Program Completion in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including GDPR Compliance: Essential Training, Marketing Tools: Digital Marketing, Performance-Based Hiring, Unconscious Bias, ExCEL Leadership Program, AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR), AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
