Scott Graversen

Scott Graversen has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Scott currently serves as the Director of Facilities & Dental Equipment Management at Smile Brands Inc. Since joining in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor at Elevation Data Group, a management consulting firm specializing in the dental industry, from July 2020 onwards. Scott also served as an Advisor at Revere Partners from May 2021 to December 2022.

Scott's previous experience includes working as the Vice President at Scott's Dental Supply, where they significantly accelerated sales growth and decreased operational overhead. Scott held this position from July 2020 to February 2022.

Before that, Scott spent a significant portion of their career at Henry Schein, where they held multiple roles. Scott served as the National Manager of Emerging DSO Equipment & Technology Sales and the National Mid-Market Equipment Manager. Scott also worked as a Strategic Account Manager, a Special Project Manager, and a General Manager during their time at Henry Schein. Scott's role at Henry Schein involved synthesizing complex networks, fostering training resource development, stimulating collaboration, and securing new sales opportunities.

Scott started their career as a Buyer and Merchandising Manager at Mar-Lac, a regional auto parts distributor, where they worked from 1998 to 2001.

Scott Graversen earned a BA degree in Organizational Communication, General from Western Washington University in 1996.
