Adeoba Oluwatoyin possesses extensive experience in customer service and communication roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Smile Communications since July 2022, Adeoba excels in managing customer complaints and inquiries through multiple channels. Previous experience includes positions as an Academic Staff member at Ipetu Jesha College of Technology and a Customer Service Specialist at iSON Xperiences Ltd, where Adeoba handled premium customer complaints. Additional skills were developed as an On Air Personality at Our People FM and during a freelance journalism tenure with the Broadcasting Service of Ekiti State.
