Stephanie Crabtree

Stephanie Crabtree is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and client management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at SMITH since January 2007, Stephanie leads efforts to enhance client performance through innovative digital agency solutions. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Client Director at Saltmine from 1999 to 2006, where responsibilities included managing and expanding client relationships and overseeing the execution of complex e-commerce and web-based projects. Stephanie also served as Account Supervisor/Manager at Parallel Communications from 1995 to 1999, managing technology and B2B accounts and developing strategic marketing and communication plans. Stephanie holds a degree in Communications with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations from the University of Washington.
