Kerrie Walker has held numerous positions since 2010. In 2010, they were a Freelance Fundraiser, where they coordinated a fundraising effort on behalf of State Rep. Tommie Smith and the Georgia Speaker of the House, David Ralston. In 2011, they were a Campaign Manager for Jacobson for Georgia, a Constituent Liason for State Senator William Ligon, and a Clerk for the City of Kingsland. In 2013, they were an Administrative Assistant for the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist and Office Manager for 7K Properties, LLC. In 2019, they were a Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Sourcing Senior Team Member, Talent Sourcing Specialist, Interviewer, and Receptionist Team Lead and Virtual Receptionist for Smith.ai. In their roles, they have spearhead the development of a sourcing team, navigated and managed an Applicant Tracking System, developed copy and content for campaigns, mentored a team of six Virtual Receptionists, answered calls, took messages, transferred calls, scheduled appointments, accepted payments, drafted or proofread press releases, visual presentations, and minutes from the Executive Board, utilized Constant Contact to create bi-weekly newsletters, utilized Adobe and Microsoft Office programs, created Access databases and Excel spreadsheets, conducted Business Retention and Expansion surveys, and completed grant closeout processes.
Kerrie Walker received their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Government, Law & Public Policy, Political Management from Regent University in 2010, after earning their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Connecticut in 2007.
