Nela Markovic

Nela Markovic is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in telecommunications and software testing. Currently serving as Manager QA Engineer at Smith Micro Software, Inc., Nela leads and mentors a team of QA engineers, develops QA strategies, and optimizes processes within an Agile framework. Previous roles include Senior Quality Engineer at the same company, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive testing across various environments, and Telecommunications Consultant at umlaut company, where expertise in network development and optimization was applied. Nela holds a Master of Science in Telecommunication and Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Belgrade University in Serbia.
