Chip Elias

Chip Elias currently serves as the Vice President of Bio Tissue for the US West Area at Smith+Nephew, where responsibilities include national leadership for Advanced Wound Management’s Bio Tissue and Device business units and oversight of the US sales strategy. Prior to this role, Chip Elias held various positions at Stryker from 2011 to 2019, culminating in the role of Sr. Regional Manager, leading a team across ten states and achieving significant sales milestones. Earlier career experience includes serving as Regional Manager at US Bank, where Chip Elias excelled in commercial financial services, and as President of Lending Hand, a finance startup focused on mortgage education. Chip Elias holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Southeast Missouri State University.
