Troy Andrew

Troy Andrew is currently a Senior Product Manager in Trauma at Arthrex since June 2024, bringing extensive experience from Smith & Nephew where Troy served in various leadership roles since October 2004, including Director of Sales for Eastern North Carolina, Southeast Virginia, and Northeast South Carolina, and Area Vice President of Sales for the East Trauma Region. Troy successfully managed and developed sales teams, established strong relationships with healthcare systems, and achieved multiple sales accolades, including being a two-time Director of Sales of the Year and a six-time Quota Achiever. Prior to a career in medical sales, Troy played professional football as an offensive lineman in the NFL-Europe for two seasons from April 2001 to October 2004. Troy holds an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a degree from Duke University.
