Christopher Nevins has a diverse background in sales, customer service, and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as a Key Account Sales Coordinator and previously as a Sales Operations Coordinator and Customer Service-Bike Product Specialist at Smith Optics since December 2021, Christopher possesses extensive knowledge of product categories, particularly in the bike sector, and excels in real-time problem solving for customer inquiries. Prior experience includes a leadership role as a Nursery Specialist at One Green World, managing high-volume shipping, and balancing retail responsibilities, as well as bartending at Baerlic Brewing Company. Notably, Christopher also worked at Switchback Brewing Company as a Tap Room Manager and Lead Merchandising Coordinator, overseeing retail inventory, event planning, and team management.
