Robert Luce

Robert Luce currently serves as Borough Attorney for the City & Borough of Wrangell and as an Attorney At Law at Smith + Malek, PLLC, roles held since August 2024 and September 2022, respectively. Luce has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, having previously worked as Compliance Manager & Privacy Officer at Terry Reilly Health Services and City Attorney for the City of Boise. Additional positions include Deputy Attorney General for the State of Idaho, where responsibilities included administration within the Division of Family and Community Services, and General Counsel and Vice President of Marketing at Idaho Timber Corporation. Luce holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Seattle University.
