Michael Hollabaugh

Michael Hollabaugh is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Smithers. Before joining Smithers, Hollabaugh held the same position at Arrow International, Inc. and worked as a Vice President and Division General Manager at MTD Products. Hollabaugh has extensive experience in corporate development, merger and acquisition activities, and strategic business leadership. In addition, Michael has a background in tax compliance and consulting from their time as a Tax Consultant at Arthur Andersen. Hollabaugh holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Accountancy from Case Western Reserve University.
