Gregory Dady

Vice President, Business Management at Smithfield Foods

Gregory Dady has a diverse work experience. Gregory started their career at the University of Connecticut as a Graduate Research Assistant from May 2008 to December 2010. Gregory then joined Smithfield Foods in March 2011 as a Quality Assurance Technician and later became a Quality Assurance Supervisor from October 2011 to December 2012. After that, they moved to North Side Foods Corp in December 2012 and held the position of Director of Technical Services until March 2016. Gregory then became the Sr. Director of Quality Systems from March 2016 to December 2016. Gregory returned to Smithfield Foods in January 2017 as a Business Manager and gradually progressed to Senior Business Manager from April 2019 to August 2020, Director of Business Management from August 2020 to May 2021, and Director of Supply Planning from May 2021 to October 2021. Gregory then became a Senior Director of Business Management from October 2021 to November 2022 and is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Management since November 2022.

Gregory Dady completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management from Quinnipiac University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Animal Science from the University of Connecticut in 2009-2010 and a Bachelors of Science in Nutritional Science from the same university from 2005 to 2009.
