James Grimse

James Grimse has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James began their career as a Controller at US FILTER in 1997 and held the role for two years. In 1999, they joined McCain Foods as a Manager in Retail Finance and later took on various finance roles including Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, Sr. Manager of Finance, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, and finally Director of Finance. After working at McCain Foods for over 20 years, they recently transitioned to a new position as Director of Supply Chain Finance at Smithfield Foods in 2021.

James Grimse has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from DePaul Driehaus College of Business. James also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Iowa State University. James has obtained certifications in Driving Digital Transformation from IMD Business School and a CPA certification from AICPA, which they received in September 2019.
