Kevin Forrest Schmidt

Kevin Forrest Schmidt has an extensive work experience in government and corporate relations, primarily in the security screening technology sector. Kevin Forrest served as the Vice President of Government & Corporate Relations at Smiths Group plc from May 2007. Additionally, they held the position of Director (Political Appointee) at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Professional Staff member and was associated with the US Congress from 1997 to 2006. Notably, Schmidt was also the Chairman of the Security Manufacturers Coalition, where they focused on aviation and intermodal security issues in the U.S. from December 2017 to December 2021.
