Lauren Seymour has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lauren started their career as an HR Assistant at Martha Trust from February 2012 to June 2013. Following that, they joined Smiths Group plc, where they held various roles including HR Administrator from June 2013 to January 2015, HR Analyst from February 2015 to October 2019, Senior Human Resources Associate from November 2019 to August 2021, and most recently, Human Resources Project Lead from August 2021 to March 2022. In April 2022, they assumed the role of Talent Acquisition Onboarding Experience Lead before transitioning to their current position as an Engagement Lead.
From 2008 to 2011, Lauren Seymour attended the University of Kent, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Employment Relations and Human Resource Management.
