Lucy Li

Lucy Li has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1995 as an Assistant to CTO at Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell. Lucy then worked at Kluber as an HR & Admin Officer before becoming an HR Manager at Alcatel-Lucent. Lucy later joined GE Healthcare as an HR Manager and moved on to UCB, where they served as the HR Director for Great China and later as the Director of HR Shared Knowledge & Operations APAC. Currently, Lucy holds the position of Group HR Services Director, APAC at Smiths Group plc.

Lucy Li completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Fudan University between 1996 and 1998. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Fudan University between 2004 and 2006.
