Leslie Ternes Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Leslie currently holds the position of Vice President, Marketing at Smokey Mo's BBQ since 2023. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2023, Leslie served as Vice President, Brand Marketing at Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery, where they played a vital role in refining brand positioning, launching new sales initiatives, and driving corporate sales growth.

From 2014 to 2020, Leslie worked as Vice President, Marketing + Merchandising at University Co-op, where they successfully led the company to its first profitable year in two decades and achieved a 30% increase in merchandise business. Leslie also developed and managed a team of 13 across various functions.

Earlier in their career, Leslie held notable positions such as Vice President, Global Marketing at Juicy Couture, where they successfully repositioned the brand and managed a team of 10. Leslie also served as Senior Director, Marketing during their tenure at Juicy Couture.

Leslie Ternes Smith completed their BA in English at the University of Arizona in 1996. Leslie then pursued their JD at the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law from 1996 to 1999.
